Wasn’t happy when they arrived , called C/S , only to be told repeatedly “it’s the characteristic nature of the piece “! Didn’t see these “characteristics “ , when viewing them in the showroom ! Said they would send an engineer ! Heard nothing over 3 weeks ago ! It’s put me off buying from them again ! Not to mention the almost 12 week wait for my bedroom furniture!
