day-to-day care of your furniture. Our care plan will deal with any sudden and
accidental damage.

Your protection plan price is based on your furniture order value. Once you add furniture to your basket, you’ll see an optional protection plan (if applicable). Please note: accessories are not included. The plan will clearly list which items in your basket are covered.

In the event of an incident, you must contact Staingard for instructions before attempting to clean or repair the affected furniture.

Please note: Our protection plan service is only available for addresses within mainland UK. Unfortunately, if your furniture was delivered to a shipping port for further transportation outside mainland UK, we will be unable to provide service for it.
