Experts in guiding your furniture through the tightest of spaces, our highly trained teams will not only deliver your furniture, but make sure it’s right where you want it to be.

How much is delivery?

Please see our delivery charges below, we have included examples of products, however you will find the delivery charge on the product page of the item you would like to purchase.

Large furniture | £79

Examples include sofas, sofa beds, ottoman beds, children's beds and wardrobes.

Medium furniture | £49

Examples include beds, dining tables, chest of drawers, bookcases, desks, TV units and garden furniture.

Small furniture | £29

Examples include armchairs, sideboards, coffee tables, console tables, side tables, bedside tables, blanket boxes and footstools.

Mattresses | £29

Dining chairs & Bar stools | £9

Please note delivery will be £29 when ordering 4 or more.

Garden furniture | £29

Examples include garden sets, garden storage. Garden chairs and accessories delivered for £9.

How long will delivery take?

For in stock items, delivery will usually take 7-10 working days. Please see individual product pages for delivery due dates and special order dates.

Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver to Mainland UK only (this excludes Ireland, Northern Ireland and Islands).

Some areas are classed as long-distance and will take slightly longer to get to you. We will agree a week for delivery and the week before your delivery we will contact you by text twice; once to confirm the exact day and the other to confirm the exact time, so you always know exactly where you stand.

What to expect on delivery day...

Medium and Large Furniture items & Mattresses:

  • These items will be delivered by one of our Barker and Stonehouse vans or one of our trusted delivery partners.
  • The day before delivery, we'll send you a text message with your two-hour delivery window.
  • On the day of delivery you'll receive a call from our delivery team to let you know when they're 30 minutes away.
  • The majority of our furniture will be delivered to you fully assembled and in some cases, even assembled on delivery (there will be some exceptions that are self assembly, you can find this information on the product page).
  • The delivery team will take the item to a room of your choice and take away all packaging.
  • Small Furniture, Dining Chairs, Rugs & Accessories:

  • These will be delivered by us or our trusted delivery partner.
  • The day before delivery, you will receive an email stating when goods are dispatched.
  • On the day of delivery receive text message with a 1 hour delivery window
  • These items will be delivered boxed, assembly is required.
  • Long distance delivery:

  • These items will be delivered by us or our trusted delivery partner.
  • Once your order is placed, our team will contact you to agree a week for delivery.
  • The week before delivery, our courier will contact you to arrange a date and time
  • On the day of delivery you'll receive a call from our delivery team to let you know when they're 30 minutes away.
  • The majority of our furniture will be delivered to you fully assembled and in some cases, even assembled on delivery (there will be some exceptions that are self assembly, you can find this information on the product page).
  • The delivery team will take the item to a room of your choice and take away all packaging.
  • Can you hold onto my furniture if I'm not ready for it?

    If there is a problem please speak to us and we will try and help as best we can.

    Can you take my old furniture?

    We have partnered with Clearabee, who offer a quick and easy furniture recycling service. Recycling your old furniture is a great way to be more sustainable and reduce the amount of waste that goes into landfill. Read more here

    I'm concerned about delivery access to my property?

    Whilst our delivery team are used to dealing with tricky spaces, they do need to know if there are any difficulties to deal with on arrival. You can let us know if you think there may be a problem when we call you to arrange delivery, once your order has been placed.
