Click and Collect

Love shopping online, but don't love waiting to get your hands on those beautiful new buys? Choosing this super-easy option means you skip the delivery fees, and instead pick up your order from one of our warehouses at a time that suits you.

Place your order.

  • Find your favourite pieces then add them to the basket.

  • Choose the 'Collection' option at the checkout.

  • Select from the available locations where you would like to collect from.

Book a time slot.

  • Your order will be ready to collect within 7 days from warehouses and 7-14 days from stores. Once it arrives we will contact you to book a time slot.

  • You will have up to 14 days to collect your order from stores and up to 28 days from warehouses.

Come and collect.

  • Come to your chosen pick up point.

  • Bring a proof of ID such as driving license.

Where do I collect my order?

Furniture can be collected from any of our 4 warehouses and selected accessories can be collected from any of our stores or warehouses.

When can I pick up my order?

We will contact you to book a time slot once your order arrives at your chosen collection point.

Who can collect my order?

If someone other than yourself is collecting your order on your behalf, please let us know when we contact you to book a time slot.

What do I need to bring with me to collect my order?

Please bring a proof of ID such as passport or driving license.

What if I forget to collect?

Don't worry we will send you a reminder but you have 28 days to collect from a warehouse and 14 days to collect from a store.
