Very happy with the chairs. One of them however developed lots of creases in the leather and notified B & S customer care team. They suggested sending a third party in to look at the chair with a view to repair but on checking reviews of this company which were pretty awful, I decided to ask for a replacement. I thought with a company like this, they would employ specialists for the aftercare of these high end products but it seems not to be the case. To be fair to B & S, they replied quickly and were fine about me changing my mind. I am disappointed though, that it was all email exchanges, no customer service communication face to face at all and no follow up call or otherwise. Disappointing, as they seem to be going the way of so many companies. All fine until they have your hard earned money and after that, not so much.
