Gateshead (Metro)
The Role:
We are looking to recruit a talented and inspiring Retail Manager who would like the opportunity to join the largest independent furniture retail brand in the country.
Key Responsibilities:
• Have excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Take sole responsibility for the safety of people, customers, stock and environment.
• Oversee correct financial practice and procedure.
• Be able to build instant connections with your store team.
• Find creative solutions for customer’s needs.
• Deliver on company goals and promises.
• Provide administration support and updates.
• Deliver a recognised Barker and Stonehouse customer experience through your teams’ performance.
• Be effective in a goal orientated environment.
• Set and deliver the upkeep of store standards.
• Be able to prioritise effectively and work under pressure.
• Be able to work flexible hours over a 7-day working week, including Bank Holidays.
