Visual Merchandiser

part time (1 day per week)

Guildford Store

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, design, and deliver inspirational in-store visual merchandising and room set displays.
• Create layouts and styling that drive sales and enhance the customer journey.
• Maintain display standards, ensuring all furniture, accessories, and POS materials are up to date.
• Collaborate with the Display Manager to interpret briefs and deliver seasonal campaigns.
• Support projects such as new store openings, visual rollouts, exhibitions, and photoshoots.
• Perform hands-on merchandising tasks, including furniture movement, display installation, and working at height when required.


Knowledge and Experience:
• A self-motivated and passionate retail professional with an eye for home interiors
• A good communicator who can express their ideas and requirements
• Creative and energetic, you will deliver displays that stop customers in their tracks
• You will have a good appreciation of what it takes to make the sale
• A self-starter who will be able to take your cue from the Display Manager and run with it
