The Role:
We are looking to recruit a dynamic, commercially minded, enthusiastic and flexible Salesperson for our Metro Outlet Store.
This role requires you to work 5 days out of 7 which may include weekends and bank holidays
Key Responsibilities:
• Selling quality furniture and other household products to our customers
• Providing a first class level of customer service
• Greeting and liaising with customers
• Negotiating prices
• Having an in-depth product knowledge
• Processing orders and agreeing delivery arrangements
• Obtaining and inputting information via computer systems
• Checking stock levels
• Cash handling and banking procedures
• Manual lifting
The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and the successful Salesperson will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.
Knowledge and Experience:
• Be computer literate and good with figures
• Have a flexible approach regarding work and working hours
• Have the ability to work well as a member of a team and to work using your own initiative
• Have a smart appearance and be well organised with a pleasant manner
• Be comfortable dealing with customers face to face and via telephone
You must be willing to work Monday to Sunday (5 days out of 7 which may include weekends and bank holidays).
