Office Administrator
Head Office, Teesside Park
The Role:
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and versatile Buying Office Administrator who will be based at our Head Office in Teesside Park.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liasing with suppliers for information on new and existing products
• Liasing with internal departments to provide information during set up process
• Creation of product information sheets
• Maintaining pricing
• Responding to telephone and email queries from suppliers
• Completing product set up requests from stores
• General office administration
Knowledge and Experience:
• Be self motivated and hard working
• Have excellent organisational skills
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have the ability to communicate professionally
• Have the ability to work under pressure both as an individual and as part of a team
• Have excellent computer literacy including a solid working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programmes
• Have the ability to learn new systems and processes swiftly
• Have the ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure
