This chair deserves a 5 star review because it is super supportive, stylish and ticks all the boxes for what we wanted - but we have given it 2 for the following reasons. We ordered 2 chairs and on delivery both were unusable and not fit for purpose. Both squeaked incessantly and one was visibly damaged. To rectify this we agreed for Barker & Stonehouse to send an engineer to mend the first chair which hadn't been built correctly and they arranged for a replacement for the second. When that eventually arrived it was also visibly damaged. A further replacement was ordered which also had some defects which we decided we could live with after some discussion with Barker & Stonehouse Aftersales team.
