I purchased 2 3 seaters and 1 2 seater Ullswater. I have had a technician out today to investigate a creaking noise on one of the 3 seaters. He carried out thorough investigation and found nothing that needed repairs. Very polite and professional visit. I will be in touch if the creaking noise gets any worse.

Had issues from initial delivery. Sofa was faulty with a squeaking noise as soon as it was sat on. Visited store only to be fobbed off by a sales assistant saying I needed to contact head office. A few weeks later the sofa literally collapsed in seating area. Visited store again to be told I needed to call B & S customer care to sort. After conversations with customer services they agreed to send out a third party engineer to inspect sofa, the engineer ( after a five week wait) immediately said the sofa had gone through and required a replacement seating area part. B & S contacted me to say part needed delivering from China and would take 4 weeks. After numerous phone calls and the standard apologies the part finally arrived after 7 weeks. We then again went through a wait of 5 weeks for an appointment for engineer to fit. You cannot write this story, as today the engineer turned up, took one look at the problem, said he needed more time to repair than the company had allocated him ( 3 hrs) picked up his tool bag and walked out my home. Called B & S and guess what… got another apology. Conclusion. After approx 5/6 months B & S still have not rectified the issue with our sofa. Disgusted in the Company and its after sales team who just want to fob you off with the standard “ we do apologise” Shameful, unprofessional and non caring approach to customer care. Never buy from this overpriced and over rated company again

Quality very good, delivery great! Delighted with the sofas! Would have been a nice touch if they included a complimentary leather care set! Even if was just a sample etc…
