3 Beautiful Ways To Style Your Bedroom For Spring

Why not start your days in style this season with a beautiful new bedroom look curated by our very own interior experts?

The talented bunch have put their creative minds together to come up with three spring schemes that you can easily recreate at home. Each one features the beloved Charlie bed frame, a truly unique and eco-friendly piece crafted from reclaimed wood. You can certainly see why it’s one of our favourites…

1. Calm & Comfortable

Faded finishes, cosy furnishings and terracotta touches.

This peaceful bedroom look is perfect for lazy weekends, introducing a relaxing feel with its laidback fabrics and rustic textures. The beautiful Charlie bed frame is joined by additional wooden furniture in varying finishes, creating a subtly mismatched effect that's incredibly charming.

Neutral hues are brought in through artisanal ceramic accessories, while modest pops of blue and orange add an extra layer of colour without dominating the scheme. Display soft pampas grass in a large vase for a lovely natural finish.

Blue is widely renowned as one of the most calming colours around, which makes it the ideal choice for your bedding. Organic, tumbled fabrics are best for a comfortable and easygoing effect. Top with a cluster of cushions in cream and terracotta tones to tie the whole look together.

2. Minimal Monochrome

Natural materials, black accents and lots of linear designs.

This cool, modern look builds on a simple scheme of black and white. The matching Charlie chest of drawers provides effortless cohesion and plenty of warmth, while the Inca side table is a unique accent piece that keeps the space from looking too uniform.

Tribal patterns add an element of intrigue to soft furnishings, with shades of brown carefully placed to break up the monochrome. Solid black accessories really lift the look, creating a sleek and smart finish that feels very current.

Shapes and lines lay the foundations of this bedroom, from abstract pictures to striped vases. Opt for handcrafted ceramics, dried foliage and woven baskets to feed into the natural feel of the space.

3. Bright & Uplifting

Contemporary colours, mid-century furniture and a hint of glam.

If you're looking to experiment with colour but are reluctant to commit, why not dip your toe into the trend with something understated? Despite featuring a selection of bold shades, this bedroom also leans on muted tones, so it's not too overpowering. The rich wood colouring of the Mojave drawers and Anaheim table also beautifully balance against the colour pops, making it feel more sophisticated.

Choose from a playful palette of blues, yellows and reds as your base – cushions are a great place to start, as you can easily shift them around to achieve the effect you want. Luxurious velvets are great for a colourful scheme, but we've also brought in some relaxed pale pink bedding to soften the look.

Metallic accents help to recreate that boutique hotel aesthetic, while the simple block shapes of the ceramics give a really trendy and contemporary feel. Featuring a metal frame and clean silhouette, the Anaheim side table lends a slightly masculine edge to the look that keeps it from feeling too fussy.
