We’ve put all of the necessary precautions in place to protect both our customers and our staff. Staying safe is our biggest priority, so you’ll notice a few changes when you stop by. 

For your safety, it is now mandatory to wear a face mask covering your nose and mouth when in-store.

NHS Track and Trace QR codes can be found at the hand wash and customer service points, please scan upon entry.

A member of staff will be at the door to help and direct you.

Our multiple sanitising stations are regularly topped up and cleaned.

There are 2m distance reminders throughout our stores.

One-way systems are in place in stores that have 2 sets of stairs.

Our friendly staff will maintain a safe distance while they help you.

Perspex screens at each pay point protect both staff and customers.

Where possible please use card payments or contactless.

SAFE DELIVERY

Our delivery vehicles have been adapted to maintain social distance.

They’re following social distancing when possible while delivering your furniture.

*We can deliver to a room of your choice with the exception of certain postcodes.

SAFE STORE COLLECTION

Once your order is ready to collect, pop to your chosen store with your ID or payment card.

You'll then be asked to take your car to the collection point.

Stay in your car whilst a member of staff drops the order at your boot.

Check your item(s) over and load them up once you're happy.

SAFE WAREHOUSE COLLECTION

You'll be contacted to select a convenient time slot for your collection.

Pop to your chosen warehouse with your ID or your payment card.

We'll have your order ready so that no contact is required.

Head to the dedicated collection area and check your items over before loading them up.
