HOW SOON CAN YOU DELIVER?
Once all items from your order online are in stock, our web sales team will call you to arrange a convenient delivery date. It usually takes around 2 weeks for delivery of furniture.
Please provide your mobile number so we can send you a text message with a 2 hour time window. Our drivers may also call 1 hour before arrival to make you aware they are on their way.
We employ our own in-house highly experienced delivery team. They’re a friendly bunch who have been trained to exacting standards to make sure that your delivery day is pleasurable and stress-free.
Unless the goods delivered are self-assembly, our delivery team will place the furniture in your chosen room and remove all packaging. On the rare occasion that we are unable to fulfill your delivery due to access issues, any costs to re-deliver will be at the customers' expense.
Due to our internal pre delivery inspection process, a high proportion of our furniture is unwrapped in our distribution centers prior to delivery to your home.
During delivery our own protection aids will be used and removed prior to placing the goods in a room of your choice.
Please inspect the furniture thoroughly to ensure they are of satisfactory quality and in line with your expectations signing the delivery note to confirm the goods have been received and furniture property have been left in good condition.
There is usually a 3 working day wait for delivery of in stock rugs and accessories purchased online.
Rugs and accessories will be delivered by DPD, this will require a signature. If you are unavailable for this delivery please contact DPD on 0121 275 0500
HOW DO I FIND OUT IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?
You will see an availability section on the product page for each item on our website.
Should an ‘anticipated stock arriving’ date display, this refers to the date in which the item online will be delivered to our warehouse. Once our warehouse receives this product, it is classed as ‘in stock’ and will be sent on its way to you.
WHAT IF THE FURNITURE DOESN'T FIT ON DELIVERY?
Our team are adept at delivering furniture to homes of all shapes and sizes but it is your responsibility to advise us at the time of ordering your item online if we are likely to encounter difficulties when delivering to your property. Please insert this information into the comments box at the checkout when ordering on our website. Safe access to your room of choice must also be considered as well as ensuring the route is clear.
WHAT IF IT HAS BEEN LONGER THAN THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?
We’d like to apologise, we work hard to deliver all purchases as quickly as possible. The delivery times we provide are approximate dates into our warehouse and are given in good faith.

DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE OF MAINLAND UK?
We don't but we can deliver to any UK mainland shipping port for £49, provided your own shipping is arranged from there onwards.
WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH MY OLD FURNITURE?
We’ve partnered up with the British Heart Foundation to donate any unwanted, reusable furniture to their stores. For a small fee, we’ll gladly take away your old furniture when delivering your lovely new purchase(s). Click here for more information.
