Exactly as you'd expect! Top quality materials, easily assembled (if you could even call it that, it's just screwing the legs on), beyond comfy and it looks perfect in my living room! Delivery and customer service were superb with a call 1hr after purchase to organise delivery and a call 1hr before delivery to notify me that the polite and timely delivery staff were on their way. If you like the look of this chair, you won't be disappointed with it!
