Duties Include

• Organising work duties for self and others
• Supervising other warehouse staff
• Unloading and loading vehicles safely and correctly
• Lifting and moving heavy items of furniture
• Safely storing furniture on racking systems
• Rotating stock
• Ensuring paperwork is up to date and correct
• Maintaining clean and tidy work area
• Correct and safe use of lifting and handling equipment to move furniture
• Driving company vehicles when authorised

Applicants

• Must have full clean driving license
• Must have previous experience of working in a busy warehouse environment
• Must be able to lift and move heavy items of furniture.
• Have a flexible approach to work and working hours
• Must be self-motivated and hardworking
• Have the ability to organise your own workload and supervise others
• Work well on your own and as part of a team
• Be of smart appearance with a pleasant manner
• Experience within the furniture industry would be advantageous

Self motivated, enthusiastic, flexible, hardworking individual of smart appearance required to work with the display team.

The main duties will be decorating, joinery and some electrical maintenance and moving furniture throughout all of our stores; this will include a lot of lifting and bending. Driving Licence and own transport as well as excellent DIY skills are essential.  Must be able to work well on your own and as part of a small team and prepared to travel. Preference will be given to applicants who have NVQ level 2 or equivalent in painting and decorating or a joinery qualification.

We are looking to recruit an experience SEO specialist to fill an exciting role in our in-house E-Commerce team based at Middlesbrough Head Office. Your role will involve all aspects of our day to day search engine optimisation (link building, back link ‘housekeeping’, keyword refresh, listing optimisation etc) through to working alongside our creative team / agency. Using Google Analytics and other required tools, you will prepare and structure an SEO strategy alongside our existing team and look into all aspects of online marketing from PPC to Re-Targeting and onwards to keep us ahead of the competition. Your key responsibilities will revolve around the Google rankings of business critical keywords and the driving of traffic to our award winning website.

Desired skills and experience include: Solid and demonstrable SEO experience in a fast moving environment, Sound knowledge of SEO theory including strategy and tactics, Proven track record in boosting SEO performance, High degree of computer literacy, Deep experience of Google Analytics, Trends and other monitoring tools, Strong analytical skills, Good team working ethic, Strong understanding of internal and external link equity and optimisation, Experience in measuring SEO performance on websites.
